 Grape Varieties: Trincadeira / Aragonês / Cabernet Sauvignon
Colour/Condition: Deep red colour.
Aroma: Complex aroma of ripe fruits and vanilla.
Palate: Rich, flavorsome palate, good depth of fruit, well structured with robust tannins.
Temperature for serving: 18 – 20ºC.
Vinification: Fermentation temperature control with maceration for a week in stainless steel tanks. Matured for a year in American oak and a year in bottle prior to market release.
