 GRAPE VARIETY: Aragones / Trincadeira / Castelao / Bastardo
Colour/Condition: Bright condition, deep red / purple colour.
Aroma: Ripe berry fruits with some underlying oak complexity.
Palate: Good depth of ripe, rich fruit with a firm, balanced, tannic structure.
Temperature for serving: 16 - 18ºC.
VINIFICATION: Destemming, must chilling, skin maceration, pneumatic pressing, cold settling, fermentation temperature control with selected yeast inoculation in stainless still tanks, centrifuging, fining, cold stabilisation and filtration.
