Colour/Condition: Crystal clear, lemon / straw colour.
Aroma: Ripe, perfumed aromatic fruity palate.
Palate: Youthful palate, clean fresh, well balanced.
Temperature for serving: 10 - 12ºC.
VINIFICATION: Destemming, must chilling, skin maceration, pneumatic pressing, cold settling, fermentation temperature control with selected yeast inoculation in stainless still tanks, centrifuging, fining, cold stabilisation and filtration.
