 GRAPE VARIETY: Touriga Nacional
Colour/Condition: Bright condition, deep, concentrated red colour.
Aroma: Shows typical violet and dark berry fruit aromas combined with a toasty oak complexity.
Palate: Full and rich in ripe fruit flavours, with great depth, balance and tannin structure.
Temperature for serving: 16 - 18ºC.
VINIFICATION: Destemming crushing, fermentation temperature control with maceration for 10 days in stainless steel tanks, pneumatic pressing, malolactic fermentation, stored in stainless steel tanks, matured in new American and French oak barrels for 6 months followed by 6 months in bottle prior to marked release.
