Colour/Condition: Deep, concentrated red colour. 
Aroma: Complex aroma of varietal, plummy fruit with vanilla overtones.
Palate: Full, round, velvety palate, great depth of spicy, plum fruit. 
Temperature for serving: 16 - 18ºC.
VINIFICATION: Fermentation temperature control with maceration for a week in stainless steel tanks. Matured in new American oak barrels for 6 months followed by 6 months in bottle prior to market release.
