 Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional / Syrah Colour/Condition: Bright condition with a full red colour. Aroma: Clean, spicy, dark fruit aroma with some oak complexity. Palate: Combines the fragrant raspberry soft fruit flavours of Castelao with the dark berry fruits and firm tannins of Aragones grapes. Temperature for Serving: 16 - 18 C Vinification: Destemming, crushing, fermentation temperature control with maceration for a week in stainless steel tanks, pneumatic pressing, malolactic fermentation, stored in stainless steel tanks, matured for 6 months in French oak.
