Esporao Quatro Castas 2005

Grape Variety:  Aragonês / Trincadeira / Touriga Nacional / Syrah
Colour/Condition:  Bright condition, deep, concentrated red colour.
Aroma:  Complex bouquet with plummy fruit, spicy and oak characters.
Palate:  Rich, flavoursome palate, good depth of fruit, well structured with robust tannins. 
Temperature for serving:  16 - 18ºC.
Vinification:  Fermentation temperature control with maceration for a week in stainless steel tanks. Matured in new American and French oak barrels for 6 months followed by 6 months in bottle prior to market release.
