GRAPE VARIETY:  Moreto / Castelão / Trincadeira
Colour/Condition:  Bright condition, deep red/purple colour. 
Aroma:  Ripe berry fruits.
Palate:  Good depth of ripe, rich fruit with a firm, balanced, tannic structure. 
Temperature for serving:  16 - 18ºC.
VINIFICATION:  Destemming, crushing, fermentation temperature control with maceration for a week in stainless steel tanks, pneumatic pressing, malolactic fermentation, stored in stainless steel tanks.
