![]() This Alentejo wine is made from a blend of Trincadeira and Aragonez grapes. This wine has a deep ruby color with an aroma of ripe dark fruits integrated in fine oak and a touch of spice. It has a balanced and complex palate, round tannins and intense mature fruit. Long, persistent and evolving finish. Fermentation is followed by 12 to 18 months in French and Portuguese oak barrels. The wine is then staged for 12 months in the barrel. Pairs well with semi-soft cheese, Rib-eye, heavy sauced pasta and beef stews.
