Sale of Wine to Persons 21+ Years of Age

Wine is sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years of age, and in placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When the order is delivered, the person recieving delivery will be required to show identification proving that they are at least 21 years old.

All packages we send out REQUIRE a signature upon delivery. It is highly recommended that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service. Customer comments on their order such as "Please leave on back porch" or "Please leave at front door" will be ignored! We will not be able to refund any shipping charges if your package comes back to us because there was no adult to sign for the wine!

Sales and Delivery

All Wine is sold in New York and title passes to the buyer in New York. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship wines into any states outside New York. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to your selected destination.

Shipping and Processing Time

We ship within 1-3 business days of when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time. On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by email. FedEx Ground and Express transit times are only in effect after your order is shipped. Depending on your location, the shipment can take anywhere from 1-5 business days additional in transit. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to accommodate the Customer in any way.

Weather Restrictions

Please note, during extreme heat during the summer months, we may hold shipments to your area here in our warehouse. If you feel this may be a problem because of a time sensitive package, please call our order department at 347-809-3539 to discuss other options.

Returns

Under New York State Law, we are only allowed to accept returns of wine from a customer if the merchandise is defective in quality. Defective merchandise may be exchanged to product of equal value within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Customer must bring original bottle with unused portion of wine sealed with cork. No cash or credit will be issued.

Any wines that are five years or older are purchased at the Buyer's own risk and are not subject to refund or return in the event that the goods are not in potable condition.

Vintage Substitution Policies

On occassion the chosen vintage of a wine will sell out or be replaced by a new release after your order is placed. In such cases, we will substitute with a comparable vintage. If you would rather be notified if your chosen "vintage substitution"  in your shopping cart. We reserve the right to substitute a comparable vintage of wines under $15.
