Little Neck Clams with Oil and Garlic



Appetizers for Four

Ingredients                          
24 Little Necks
1/2 Cup of Olive Oil
1/4 Cup of White Wine
1/4 Cup of Water
3 Tablespoons of minced garlic
1 Tablespoon of parsley
1-1/2 Tablespoons of red pepper flakes

In covered dutch-oven bring all the ingredients (except clams) to boil, add clams and cook until clams open about 10 minutes. Serve with bread and butter.
